Well, we suppose Venice generally wouldn’t be considered “simple”. The city represents a constant tide with highs and lows, and isn’t that what life is all about? Our collective realities consist of numerous negotiations, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health,[...] Venice for us symbolises a challenge for existence where finding beauty in the mundane is unavoidable.
